On Saturday, June 6, members of the Saugus Police Department proudly participated in the Special Olympics Cruiser Convoy, joining law enforcement agencies from across the region in support of Special Olympics athletes and their inspiring achievements.
Representing the department were (left to right) Chief Michael Ricciardelli, Detective Stacey Forni and Sergeant Stephen McCarthy who were honored to take part in this annual event celebrating inclusion, determination, and community spirit.
The Cruiser Convoy serves as a visible demonstration of law enforcement’s longstanding partnership with Special Olympics and our commitment to supporting athletes of all abilities. We are proud to stand alongside these incredible competitors and help raise awareness for the important work of Special Olympics.
Thank you to everyone who helped make this event a success. We look forward to continuing our support of Special Olympics and the athletes who inspire us every day.
