Sergeant Sean Moynihan retires after 28 years in law enforcement. Sean retires as the senior officer in the department and was prestigiously given, “Badge #1” by Chief Michael Ricciardelli, in an honorary ceremony for Sean’s time, dedication and commitment to the community of Saugus and the members of the Saugus Police Department.
